Read on to learn more and apply today for a life-changing career.The positionAs Senior Product Responsible, you will have ownership of our single-dose device platform together with a team, driving excellence and effectiveness.Some of your main tasks include:

  • Driving post-launch activities for our products, adeptly balancing external market demands and internal requirements
  • Ensuring effective problem-solving in collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Supporting development projects as the platform responsible, enabling a smooth and robust launch and continuous manufacturing of new products
  • Identifying and executing development, robustness or compliance initiatives related to mechanical design, requirements engineering, design verification, and safety risk management across a platform
  • Playing a key role in refining our day-to-day operations and driving forward process improvement initiatives.

QualificationsTo be considered for this position, we imagine you:

  • Hold a master’s degree in engineering, biomechanics, science, manufacturing, or any other relevant field
  • Possess practical experience in Design Control or medical device development
  • Showcase exceptional organizational skills, adept at managing both short- and long-term projects with a methodical approach
  • Demonstrate strong networking and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to set clear direction, enhance performance, and maintain quality and efficiency
  • Communicate fluently in both spoken and written English

You are adept at challenging stakeholders and navigating complex scenarios to find impactful compromises. With a well-structured and systematic way of working, you seek simple and effective solutions within the complexity that surrounds medical device design control.About the departmentIn the Device Development department, we are approximately 100 highly skilled curious professionals and specialists that share the responsibility of the marketed device designs and serves as the link between Device R&D and production. In Device Development, the main task is to maintain marketed products as well as develop new variants of existing product platforms. Our deliverables have direct impact on our ability to deliver to the market, on patient safety, and on compliance with the requirements of the authorities.You will be part of a growing team of currently 10 colleagues who together share the ownership of a platform of single dose devices and are dedicated to the well-being of patients.
