You will play an important role in supporting our work with analysis tasks, process optimization, and smaller projects. It is a unique opportunity to gain practical experience while preparing for a future position at Arla Foods after completing your studies,” says Operational Support Manager, Line Christensen.How you will make an impactAs a Student Assistant in Warehouse & Outbound, you will have the opportunity to work on various tasks within warehouse and outbound logistics. You will be part of a team responsible for the daily operations and development of our warehouse and outbound processes at our site in Christiansfeld. Some of the tasks you can expect to be involved in are:

• Performing various analyses to support decision-making and improvement initiatives.
• Optimizing existing processes with a focus on safety, efficiency, and cost.
• Taking responsibility for small projects from planning to implementation.
• Assisting the team with ad hoc tasks and reporting.

What will make you successfulTo succeed in this position, the following qualifications are important:

• You are either pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree focused on business development, data analysis, logistics, supply chain management, or similar.
• Speak and write Danish fluently.
• You have strong analytical skills and a good understanding of data analysis – primarily in Microsoft Excel.
• You are structured, independent, and have good communication skills.
• You have a proactive approach and can work in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with project management and stakeholder management is an advantage.
