What you’ll be doing📈 You are responsible for selling our Open Programs: you follow up all incoming sales leads and you reach out to new customer leads.🧠 You know our services inside and out, so you can reply to any question, request, or demand that comes your way.📞 You are the POC for our customers and you match customer needs to our offering. You strive for impact, not just sales.♟️ You develop a commercial strategy in close collaboration with the Co-CEO, translate that into flexible short-term plans, and partner with your colleagues to make it happen. The fostering and coaching of the sales mindset of our entire team gives you great energy.Skills and Qualifications🤝 You are a networker pur-sang. You’re the MacGyver of finding, building, and connecting local and international networks to enhance value for all sides.🤝 You thrive when collaborating closely with a team, from consulting with the program managers to building kickass strategies with our marketeer.🌟 You can spot opportunities for the other solutions we offer. You’re that lovingly annoying person who keeps questioning the status quo, especially about what nexxworks does and how we do it.👂 You actively listen to any other needs our leads/customers might have and react proactively. You are someone who puts the customer first. Always. (For instance, unless you see that your neighbor’s house is on fire. Then it would be best if you put that first.)📝 You are an ace in administration. Or at least you’ll promise to give it your best shot.💡 You have the heart of an entrepreneur and love to build and experiment.
