We are seeking someone with rich HRIS experience across the Workday platform.Role and Responsibilities:Cross platform expertise with ability to conduct configuration peer reviewsStrategic decision-making and execution in multiple modulesArtful business process administrationCore HCM expertiseHolistic talent strategy that enables attracting, developing, retaining, compensatingAdopting and embracing AI/ML across the platformAutomate, automate, automate through reporting and analytics, and use of technologies such as worksheets, prism analytics, discovery boards and request frameworkMaximizing our investment through global benefits administration along with finely tuned knowledge of time and absence and related impacts to payroll is a plusUnderstanding the Workday roadmap and harmonizing system vision and capability with business need and prioritizationLeading innovative initiatives in a way that wins the hearts of our customersFoster relationships with advocates and key personsQualifications and Education Requirements:Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience as a Workday HRIS analystSolid hands-on experience configuring and maximizing WorkdayAdvanced technical acumen in Excel; tools such as Alteryx are a plusSelf-motivated achiever who gains satisfaction from ensuring HR partners and our team members have the best tools and processesMust possess highly effective verbal, written, and communication skillsMinimum 6 years general business experience in the field of Human ResourcesPossess highly effective interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of leadershipAble to set priorities, be driven and excel with minimal oversightProven ability to build rapport, while providing superior customer service and maintaining positive relationshipsMaintain the highest level of trust by keeping employee personal information confidentialDrive high levels of quality release management through SDLC practices and testing disciplinesAbility to work under tight deadlinesGood understanding of key HR touchpoints in hire-to-retire cycle are a plusBenefits:Work arrangement3 chosen days from the office in a weekPaid time offYear-End-Break: enjoy additional fully paid days off during the last week of the yearFloating Holidays: use additional up to 2 days of paid time-off benefitPaid parental leave: Take up to 12 weeks off with pay after birth or adoption of a child.
