EARLY CAREER PROGRAM – R.E.D 2024

The Resources Empowerment and Development (R.E.D.) Program is designed for people who seek a performance-based culture that is built on meritocracy – ambitious, hard-working, passionate employees who deliver results will be rewarded.

This track will help in developing Process Engineer profiles able to manage new and innovative manufacturing processes, where selected candidates will experience accelerated career opportunities throughout job rotations, having the chance to be part of different teams in Operations areas.

Location/Division Specific Information:

The Pharmaceutical manufacturing plant in Ferentino (80km from Rome), with more than 1.100 employees, is specialized in commercial contract manufacturing of injectable drugs, both liquid and lyophilized formulations, with an increasing focus on biologics.

Program starts: September 2024

The ultimate goal is that of creating formed professionals able to:

  • Develop and implement new and innovative manufacturing processes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process optimization.

  • Provides technical leadership on production processes within the Operational group.

  • Lead projects to streamline manufacturing processes and reduce operational costs.

  • Proactively discover opportunities for automating processes and integrating new technologies.

  • Strictly adhere to safety guidelines and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemical, Biological Science or related field.

  • Fluent English, written and spoken.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.

  • Motivated and eager attitude with a passion for ongoing growth and development.

  • Ability to successfully implement process improvements and drive operational excellence.

  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and process control techniques.
