Do you want to be part of designing the future of how we maintain our drug product facilities and equipment?Join us at Novo Nordisk and play a key role in developing and implementing maintenance standards that ensure our equipment run at peak performance.The PositionAs a Maintenance Project Manager in Fill & Finish Expansions, you will be part of the Operational Readiness organization. In the Fill & Finish Expansions program, we are responsible for establishing new production facilities where we will introduce a lot of new process equipment.The maintenance work package is responsible for establishing maintenance programs and plans for new equipment so it can run according to Novo Nordisk and GMP requirements. This requires extensive knowledge about maintenance processes, equipment assessments, and commissioning. We expect you to have experience from both an operational environment and project management.Your responsibilities will include:Developing maintenance standards, maintenance plans and equipment requirements into operational procedures for proper maintaining equipment.Acting as a maintenance and reliability engineer in execution of maintenance plans.Providing support for operational organizations in development of maintenance plans.The role will require collaboration with our global sites. To facilitate this, some travel is expected, estimated at 3-5 trips per year.QualificationsTo be successful in this position, you need to have:An academic degree within engineering, life science, be a marine engineer (maskinmester), or have a technical background within maintenance.Minimum 3 years of experience from an operations or maintenance organization, preferably from a pharmaceutical production facility.Experience working with SAP, risk assessments, and maintenance plans is required.Solid understanding of GMP requirements and the ability to communicate complex content in a simple way.Experience from construction projects is a great advantage.Fluency in written and spoken English.As a person, you set high standards for your work and you are data-driven.You are a team player who works well with managing complex dependencies between different areas in a structured way.
