Apply today and join us for a life-changing career!The positionYou will be heading up a team of skilled and experienced people, who all works dedicated in providing users across Novo Nordisk with timely and robust solutions for our major quality processes on one of our major IT platforms. The main focus is to improve and develop both processes and system, in close dialogue and alignment with users and the vendor of the IT platform.You will report to the Director, who you will also collaborate closely with.As a Senior Project manager in Quality at Novo Nordisk, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Work proactively with your team and stakeholders across Novo Nordisk.
  • Focus on developing your team at both a personal and professional level.
  • Create a work environment that fosters enthusiasm & initiative and ensure strong relations & collaboration to stakeholders across Novo Nordisk.
  • Support and challenge in a way so the deliveries show high quality, as well as support our ambition on digitalization, and utilizing what our IT platform offers, in the best way.
  • Supporting the team in timely delivery of activities.
  • Manage your team’s performance.

  • Degree, preferably related to Life Sciences or similar relevant discipline.
  • At least 4 years of experience within people management
  • Experience in working agile (SAFe)/project management and with change management.
  • Experience within stakeholder management.
  • Fluent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
