is seeking applications for

a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Propositions team in Ireland.

Reporting to the Marketing Lead, this role is responsible for the delivery of digital marketing and social media activities across Royal London Ireland. The role will develop and manage the rollout of the 2024 digital marketing plan and will work to leverage existing marketing collateral across digital channels.

A critical component of this role is to build digital marketing capabilities across the marketing team and provide advice and expertise to stakeholders across the business.

About the role

-Develop and manage the RLI digital marketing strategy
-Drive engagement and brand awareness across social media channels
-Create marketing content and leverage existing content using digital tools
-Manage highly targeted customer email campaigns and digital customer communications
-Manage PPC and meta advertising campaigns
-Assist in the production of webinars and videos
-Work closely with the Royal London Group digital team and also locally based media and creative agencies
-Produce social media activity reports and monthly Google Analytics insights
 

About you

-Digital marketing expert with knowledge of financial services sector, ideally in the insurance market
-Expertise in digital marketing, technology & automation
-Experience in developing content across digital and social channels (desktop, tablet and mobile experience)
-Understanding and experience of utilising data and analytical insight to deliver tangible improvements in performance
-High energy and results oriented with a passion for all things digital
-Team player and ability to work well across departments
-Ability to work on own initiative
