• Good working knowledge of Murex and its modules, integration, technology, reporting, derivatives, financial instruments, front and risk measures, etc.
• More than 5 years of experience in project and/or support management from an Engineering point of view.
• Leadership and management.
• Manage complex situations.
• Excellent communication skills and client orientation.
• Experience with agile teams, tools and methodology.
• Fluent English. Necessary in day-to-day functions.

Other skills:

• Experience on other trading platforms (Calypso, Sungard, Reuters…).
• Experience on software development life cycle.

Joining the global Software Delivery CIB team made up of more than 100 people with a passion for developing innovative solutions for financial markets.About the jobWe are looking for a Manager for the Support and Reliability unit dedicated to Murex. This role will be in charge of managing and coordinating the implementation and deployment of projects focused on the improvement of the performance and reliability of the platform and its processes, and also manage and supervise the support team globally.The manager will lead together with other managers the different programs and ceremonies dedicated to the general improvement of the system and the platform surveillance, and interact with other members of the BBVA CIB ecosystem like architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, auditors, other software development teams, etc.Main functions of the role:● Responsible for the reliability program and the support team.
● Identify risk situations and anticipate in order to solve them easily.
● Coordinate and collaborate with Engineering internal Teams.
● Coordinate the communication with the software vendor for the unit scope.
● Ability to identify and clarify the requirements of projects.
● Guarantee the quality and delivery of the deliverables on schedule.
● Sponsor and stakeholder management for projects and support.
