Ready to bring your innovative ideas to support Tower Hamlets in meeting its goals under the Childcare Acts of 2006 and 2016?Our dynamic Early Education and Childcare Service team is looking for an exceptional individual to help ensure sufficient, high-quality, flexible, and accessible early education and childcare for all families.As a Funding Entitlements Coordinator, you’ll lead the funding process, manage financial transactions, and handle information systems to ensure timely and accurate distribution of funding, budgets, and grants. Your expertise in Government early education initiatives and funding entitlements will support providers across the borough, including nursery classes, maintained nursery schools, and private, voluntary, and independent providers.Are you skilled in IT and familiar with Synergy Early Years Application, including administration client software, Early Years Provider Portal, 2-Year-Old Funding Application, Parent Portal and FIS Online Portal?We are seeking passionate individuals to take a lead on ensuring all early education and childcare providers, delivering or wishing to deliver the funded entitlements, SENIF, or other grants are skilled and have an excellent working knowledge of the DFE guidance: ‘Early years entitlements: local authority funding operational guide’, the provider funding agreement, council financial rules and regulations, policy; and are kept up to date on any relevant developments.
