Job DetailsOur client is an not for profit educational provider seeking to recruit a Regional Adult Education Contract Manager to work within the Yorkshire and Humber areaIn this exciting role you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the Adult Education Budget (AEB) contracts in this area.You will be working with a passionate team and be making a tremendous difference to the communities in this area. This is real grass roots education intervention and the people who work here are passionate about reaching learners who need and want education mostWorking in a supportive culture, you will:
- Be working closely with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders including local authorities, DWP, community organisations etc
- Seek to maintain and develop new and existing partnerships.
- Be responsible for the management of the area plan in this region
- Manage a budget ensuring education is organised in line with agreed targets.
- Manage a team of colleagues, as well as motivating and developing the team (4 direct reports)
To be successful you will have experience working in an Education/Private training environment with some contract management/commercial/business development experience. You will also enjoy working collaboratively and bringing new ideas forward.You must have a passion for making a difference to your community and reside in or close to the Yorkshire/Humber region. We are looking for the ability to create partnerships with a commercial focus.This is a remote based role with travel in the region.Up to £44,600
