We’re looking for an energetic HR Business Partner (f/m/d) based in France (Location is flexible: Aubagne, Lille or Paris) to roll out our 4 pillar HR Strategy:

What You Will Do:

  • Assist top and middle management in planning, development, implementation and evaluation activities of Talent Assessment and Talent Development
  • Responsible for managing several key areas for the divisions/departments which you will support, such as talent development, inclusion, talent acquisition, employee/labor relations, compensation and worker’s compensation and benefits
  • Drive talent management for assigned business units by implementing talent plans to increase quality and depth in the talent employed by the business. This is inclusive of leadership, employee development, and the securing of future business growth with a focus on talent, and business culture or company culture
  • Lead long-range strategic planning on change initiatives that promote people productivity, organizational efficiency, and cost effectiveness. 
  • Empower people leaders with the performance management structure and tools to develop critical individual performance metrics that drive the performance of individuals and the business unit’s position. 
  • Ensuring that the business’s values are clearly communicated and understood at all levels of the business, clarifying on employee conduct that is necessary for realizing an engaging, high performance culture within the business. 

The broader role of HRBP Europe for a division is to support the implementation of the European strategy of the division working closely with the General Manager. Part of the Leadership team.

What You Will Do:

  • Set up succession planning and talent review process
  • Manages the leadership team recruitment activity (candidates selection up to compensation structure)
  • Support the leadership team in their team management
  • Manages any needed restructuring plan together with European local HR

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or other related area
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in Human Resources as HR Advisor, HR Generalist
  • Superior communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Digital savyness, team player and deeply rooted can do attitude.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational, time and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to identify opportunities for improvement, develop strategies, and implement solutions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
