We are looking for a talented, motivated, and experienced E-Commerce Product Manager to join our team. This Product Manager will help ideate, design, launch, and iterate high-impact tests on our portals worldwide, directly impacting our revenues. This high-visibility role will also involve working with the finance teams on initiatives to mitigate business risk.JOB DESCRIPTIONABOUT THIS TEAMProduct Management is at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience. We have a robust product team that crafts seamless experiences for our users. The team is responsible for product planning, requirement gathering, prioritizing, defining the product vision, creating roadmaps, and working closely with UX and engineering to deliver winning products.WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, Analytics and Design teams and run tests to optimize our conversion rate and churn metrics.
  • Rapid iteration and A/B testing of subscription and cancellation features.
  • Constantly monitor our data and analytics to develop experiments to optimize our e-commerce experiences worldwide.
  • Run sprints, provide requirements, clarify engineering questions, perform UAT and QA.
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
  • Prioritize the implementation of new features and set specific deliverables.
  • Act as the Product Owner in an agile SCRUM environment
  • We offer fully flexible working time; however, for this position, we will also require you to participate in meetings with the US team 2-3 times a week, around 5-8 PM CET. That’s why it’s a perfect position for night owls and people who like to start their day a little later.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Four (4) + years of experience in Product Management with consumer-facing web products.
  • Experience with e-commerce checkout experiences, subscriptions, and cancellation flows.
  • Experienced in A/B testing, segmentation, funnel, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Knowledge of project management tools like JIRA and analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives.
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business, marketing, or technology-related field.

WHAT’S GOOD TO HAVE

  • Preferred experience, knowledge of, and/or a keen interest in fintech.
  • Familiarity with payments & e-commerce including pricing, SKUs, chargebacks, payment processing, and recurring billing.
  • Master’s in Business, Engineering, Math, or technology-related field.
  • Full understanding of A/B testing and solid foundation of data analytics.

  • Employment Agreement: 13 000 – 16 000 PLN gross (Umowa o Pracę)
