Gi Group SpA, Agenzia per il Lavoro, is looking for one of his client in the charging infrastructure sector:Help Desk Support Level 2_Fluent EnglishOUR COMMITMENT· Innovative working environment in a young, dynamic team· High-tech projects in the future sector of e-mobility· Career opportunities in a growing company· A wide range of further training opportunities· Attractive bonus system and performance-related remuneration· Additional Company Benefits (tickets restaurant, MBO, Health insurance, Smartworking)YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES· Be the main contact to solve technical issues· Remotely support customers during commissioning and maintenance of their charging infrastructure· Remotely monitor, troubleshoot and resolve alerts and issues on charging infrastructure· You take over the support of our customers on the phone or by e-mail· Provide support and guidelines for diagnosing and resolving functional issues in a timely mannerYOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS· Fluent in English (speaking and writing), a 2nd language is a plus (German, French, Italian)· Independent and solution-oriented work, as well as analytical thinking· Must have a Technical background (electronic engineering, electrical engineering, computer science) or experience in technical customer support· Linux or Android knowledge (nice to have)· Enthusiasm, teamwork and structured way of working· Experience in customer service or call center is a plus· Willingness to work in different shift.The position can be based in Bergamo or Bolzano or Bologna!Facciamo parte di Gi Group Holding (www.gigroupholding.it) la prima multinazionale italiana del lavoro e una tra le principali realtà che offrono servizi e consulenza HR a livello globale.
