We maintain high expectations and strive for excellence in every aspect of our educational approach.Role Overview: As a Secondary SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work under the general supervision and direction of the teacher to plan and implement learning activities tailored for individuals and groups with SEN. You will monitor pupil progress, provide feedback to the class teacher, and establish supportive and constructive relationships with pupils’ parents and carers.Required Skills:
- Proactive and able to think on your feet
- Experience working with children, particularly those with SEN
- Strong teamwork abilities
- Effective behaviour management skills
- Previous experience in youth work, sports coaching, or intervention work
