• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure exceptional service.
• Directly participate in the sales process for Cybersecurity services and solutions.
• Analyze client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Conduct meetings and present the company’s offerings.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and oversee their implementation.
• Achieve sales targets for the Sales Team.
• Analyze sales performance and recommend optimization strategies.
• Build and maintain a positive brand image.
• Build and manage the Sales Team.
• Inspire, motivate, and lead the team.

Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge of the IT industry, with a focus on practical experience in Cybersecurity solutions.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT sales (including Cybersecurity).
• Strong focus on achieving business goals and driving company growth.
• Experience in team management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.
