As a Technical Support Agent, you will handle tech queries over email and chat and strive for first-contact resolution.What you will be doing?
- Understand and respond to client’s requests (by email and chat)
- Analyse the client’s situation to reply to them quickly and efficiently
- Identify technical incidents, apprehend them, and provide an appropriate solution
- Offer adequate solutions with a positive approach
- Organise product returns and follow up on exchanges and repairs
RequirementsWhat skills & experience you will bring to us?
- A fluent level of Italian (spoken and written)
- A high level of English
- You are very well organised and have excellent interpersonal skills
- You can put yourself in our customers’ shoes, analyse their problems and offer them individual solutions
- Within our dynamic, motivated, and multicultural team, you will reply to the demands of our customers for all the products in the Netatmo range
- You know how to work within a team, you are easy going
- You adjust quickly to new environments, and you can follow procedures and deal with deadlines
BenefitsWhat do we offer?
- Start date: End of August / Early September
- Contract: Temporary (9-month contract with 1-month probation period)
- Full Time: (39 hours/week)
- Working days/Hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00am to 6:00pm
- Salary: €19,500.00 gross per year
- Bonus: Performance Related Bonus up to €150 per month
- Holidays: 24 calendar days
- Paid bank holidays + 1 extra day in lieu
- Hybrid: 3 to 4 days at the office
- Training: 4 weeks of full-time training based at the office
- Office location: Barcelona (La Sagrera)
