PERMANENT COBOL DEVELOPER – BRING YOU EXPERTISE TO THE COMPANYFor one of my clients based in Brussels I am looking for a MAINFRAME DEVELOPER who particularly enjoys working on a helpful environment. This position is for a COBOL developer.This company, one of the leaders in the Social administration, is well known for its structure and trainings offered to people within the company. They offer a wide variety of opportunities to develop your skills, allowing you to become even more of an expert in your field. Therefore, you will have a crucial role for tomorrow’s world.If you join their team; you will be based in Brussels Depending on the evolution of the situation, the company also grants 3 days of remote work per week in order to guarantee you a non-negligible work-life balance.COBOL DEVELOPER – THE JOB :

• You will participate in maintain software applications.
• You will cooperate with other development team members.
• You will de help in bug finding and resolutions .
• You will use the following technologies : COBOL , DB2 , JCL

COBOL DEVELOPER – THE PROFILE :

• You have at least 3 years’ experience in COBOL
• You speak FRENCH (mandatory) and English ;
• You have a good knowledge of Agile methodologies like scrum or kaban.
• You have an interest in the Social sector
• You are a strong team player.
