In your role as an Account Executive you will join a dynamic and high-performance global account team driving success with BNP Paribas, both internally and externally.

As AE for the largest bank in the Euro Zone, your mission will be to align Microsoft solutions with the customer’s business objectives and challenges. Therefore, you will significantly contribute to spearheading the global Microsoft strategy for one of our most significant Financial Services Clients.

This position will empower you to forge a lasting partnership with BNPP leaders on an international scale by assisting in the formulation of a digital transformation strategy, co-creating innovative business models, and embracing a challenger mindset to deliver business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • As an Account Executive, your focus will be on customer-centricity.

  • Customer Engagement : You will cultivate and sustain relationships with key stakeholders, emphasizing the benefits and return on investment of Microsoft solutions. Utilize digital channels to expand your network and pipeline. Drive business advancement by guiding account teams and implementing Go to Market strategies to fulfill customer objectives throughout their journey.

  • Understanding Customer Needs : You’ll gain a deep insight into the business and technological requirements of customers, pinpointing areas for enhancements and novel solutions.

  • Account Management : You will direct account strategies to achieve financial goals and address customer requirements, engaging senior leaders and adapting to customer-driven changes and challenges. You will Implement strategies to engage relevant stakeholders of specific entities and create and/or identify upselling/cross-selling non-qualified opportunities and drive consumption of Microsoft solutions while utilizing common sales and delivery methodology for the Microsoft sales organization.

  • Sales Excellence : You’ll pursue customer insights, coordinate team efforts to heighten customer contentment, and inform decision-makers about Microsoft’s unique offerings. Take responsibility for precise revenue predictions. Optimize revenue share, meet consumption, and adoption goals, and outperform competitors through impeccable execution.

  • Industry Knowledge : You’ll keep abreast of Microsoft’s evolving product suite and the Financial Services Industry (FSI), collaborating with specialists to acquire pertinent financial services market intelligence

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration AND 6+ years experience working in driving digital transformation (incl. 3+ years as Account Manager/Account Executive)
