Poste Reporting to the Head of Digital Data and Ecomm Performance, the Digital Analytics & Insights Manager (Data Translator) is a key position that will bridge the gap between BI department and Client/CRM/Marketing teams leveraging data and advanced analytics to capture the full value of the business. The Digital Analytics and Insights Manager will be skilled at understanding the business needs of LOEWE and work with BI to translate the online and offline data into insights for Client/CRM/Omni/Marketing in order to activate and improve the efficiency of their actions. Among the main areas to impact will be media investment, user experience and overall business sales. Their key responsibilities will be:

  • Be the link between business teams (Client, CRM, Omni & Marketing) and BI for advanced analytics matters, having an overall view to drive synergies between use cases
  • Work with BI in order to ensure the availability of all data sources across digital and offline touchpoints to ensure it is available and qualified for data-driven marketing/CRM activations, developing the story and recommendations based on insights
  • Synthesize complex analytics-derived insights into compelling communications that are clear, concise, and suited to a variety of audiences
  • Develop and oversee planning for use cases with artificial intelligence and advanced analytics initiatives including designing roadmap to operationalize use cases at scale
  • Engaging the business functions to identify and prioritize projects in which advanced analytics could be beneficial
  • Identify improvements, launch hypotheses and propose actions to optimize sales through data understanding, measure and testing
  • Work and support business areas on the analysis and monitoring of the results of the advanced analytics model
  • Support teams in Data Governance, Quality and Management creating a framework to work across departments

This person will work closely with CRM and Marketing to provide insights for advertising purposes as well as with the BI department to support on developing a roadmap. The new candidate should be a person with at least 5-6 years of experience in analytics, project management. Experience in the industry is a nice to have but not mandatory. Profil Requirements

  • Knowledge of data management concepts and analytics techniques
  • Knowledge of Web analytics tools, testing, personalization
  • Understanding of the digital marketing environment worldwide, experience with Asia environment is welcome (WeChat, Line, Kakao…)
  • High level of English and Spanish. Working in an international environment.

Additional experience:

  • Knowledge of Ecommerce, experience in retail, fashion, travel/hospitality, luxury.
  • Nice to have experience in Data visualization tools such as PowerBI & DataStudio.

In terms of soft skills, the candidate should have good communication skills to deal with other departments, interviewing/questioning, facilitation, good at leading meetings, working with agencies and success will rely on influencing others in order to help to the digital transformation of the teams.
