All Saints Catholic College, Specialist in Humanities, Bradley Bar, Huddersfield, HD2 2JTPosition typePermanentGradeGrade 7Salary£23,339 – £24,565Advert WordingWe are seeking to appoint an experienced, knowledgeable, and committed individual to become a Behaviour Coordinator at All Saints.The successful candidate will work as part of our behaviour team and will be responsible for promoting the College’s behaviour system, managing students using efficient and effective strategies, monitoring student welfare and providing interventions and support to students in our Reflection and Inclusion rooms.Providing a confidential, administrative, and community liaison function, you will work alongside the team to deliver comprehensive pastoral support.All Saints is an 11-16 school, situated near the northern boundary of Kirklees. We are a Catholic school with students attending from diverse cultural backgrounds, which contribute to the distinctive ethos. In November 2022, Ofsted judged All Saints “Good” in every category. We are “Outstanding” in terms of our S48 inspection by the Diocese of Leeds in June 2018.This is a fantastic opportunity to join our College making substantial progress under current leadership.
