A rare opportunity has come about to work for a very good client of ours in Bishops Stortford
Our Clients are looking for a Sales Administrator .
General Duties
. Support the Account Manager in all areas of their commercial activities
. Handle with customer enquiries and requests via telephone/email
. Raise sample requests and send samples to the customers or contract manufacturers
. Work closely with internal departments across different functions
. Work closely with the Customer Service Department during order processing
. Prepare presentations and quote letters
. Keep customer records, pricing and requirements up-to-date
. Support the Account Manager with customer complaints – internally & externally
. Work with Microsoft Office manage projects and administrative tasks
The ideal candidate will have the following Skills and Attributes:
. At least 2-3 years’ experience in a sales or customer services support role
Skills and Knowledge
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
. Enthusiastic and a team player
. Skilled in solving problems fast and effectively
. Customer focused, commercial mindset
. Be thorough and clear in their communication
. Able to work efficiently and effectively with attention to detail and quality
. Able to prioritise workload without supervision
. Good time management
. Highly proficient in using Excel spreadsheets, making ppt presentations
. Self-motivated with ability to show initiative
