The Infrastructure & Export Financing Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) team at UniCredit is specialized in developing and implementing financial solutions with focus on infrastructure and energy projects across CEE region. Our primary goal is to serve our clients by providing best-in-class structured financing solutions and profound industry expertise, making UniCredit one of the leading banks in structured finance in Europe and in CEE.

What you’ll be doing

• Assist in execution of external (e.g. deal origination, pitching, negotiation, documentation) and internal (e.g. preparation of credit requests and related presentations) processes
• Create and maintain complex financial models in excel including the development of an appropriate financing structure and sensitivity scenarios
• Conduct financial analysis to help guide the team in evaluating and making critical business decisions for UniCredit and our clients
• Liaising with external consultants (legal, technical, environmental, insurance, tax, etc.)
• Identification of deal opportunities (customer, market, industry analysis)
• Liaise with various internal stakeholder within Advisory & Financing Solutions and broader
• Cooperate with Infrastructure & Export Financing from other global teams (Italy, Germany) within the context of international cross-border situations

What you’ll need to succeed

• Strong analytical skills
• Self-motivated and pro-active
• Flexibility to deal with different tasks simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and quantitative skills
• Fluency in English is essential, additional language skills desirable
• Good knowledge of accounting principle and Corporate Finance
• Proficiency in the use of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
