Position Summary
Support the implementation and strengthening of business controlling and reporting tools operated in the Mobile Experience division (Smartphone, Tablet, Pc Notebook and Wearable) ; improving budget planning processes through punctual reporting of sales & marketing activities and achievement progresses by channel, clients and sales accounts; supervise the status against the targets.
Role and Responsibilities
- Cooperate to plan, manage and monitor monthly and yearly marketing budget plan Provide reporting and analysis of marketing investment and performance;
- Execute all marketing budget operations according to HQ and local guidelines;
- Ensure all projects, plans and EO are created and approved;
- Perform continuous variance analysis on key business metrics (Sales, marketing investments, by Channel, Account and product)
- Prepare dashboard for planning and budgeting discussion and submission;
- in collaboration with Product, Communication, Trade Marketing, Sales Teams;
- Supporting the team by supervising internal procedures;
Skills and Qualifications
Educational Background: University Degree, preferably in Economics, Marketing or Management Engineering.
Computer Knowledge: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
Language Knowledge: Good written and spoken English.
Relational and proactive skills, analytical mind-set and precision, goals oriented, willing to learn and work in a competitive and demanding environment.
