As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in making a difference in the lives of our students.The Role:As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced SEN teachers to provide tailored support and assistance to students with a range of special educational needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
- Providing one-on-one support to students during lessons and activities.
- Supporting students with their personal care needs, if required.
- Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to create a positive learning environment.
- Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to the teaching team.
Requirements:
- A genuine passion for working with children with special educational needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and understanding.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Relevant experience or qualifications in SEN education (desirable but not essential).
