The overall scope of the Marketing Specialist is to assist the Director of Sales & Marketing to position and promote the hotel and its outlets as the market leader through Marketing activities as well as to ensure compliance with the brand Kempinski.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing promotional marketing materials based on brand standards (brochures, fact sheets, invitations, menus)
- Updating company website and all owned digital channels
- Creating newsletters/email campaigns, updating transactional emails and producing post-campaign reports
- Supporting the team in developing a social media calendar
- Following up the marketing activities managed by the hotel’s suppliers and agencies (such as digital advertising campaigns)
- Coordinating professional photo shootings and video shootings for marketing, sales and editorial purposes
- Following up on PR activities and influencers’ agreements
- Following up the marketing tasks planned by the Director of Sales and Marketing
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- At least 2 years of previous experience in the same field
- Excellent proficiency in English and Italian
- Copywriting skills
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics and Meta platforms. Any other digital advertising tool is a plus.
- Knowledge of Canva Pro. Any other graphic design tool is a plus.
- Creativity and proactivity
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality is preferred.
